HOW DOES IT WORK?

Icebreaker is the most informal roundtable during the conference.

The purpose of the session is to build connections with fellow attendees over a couple of drinks, and great conversation in a relaxing atmosphere.

We get together on the day before the event to get connect, get to know who is attending, and get into the conference mood.

These roundtables are run without any flipcharts or pinboards, it’s just you and the attendees discussing the issue.

While preparing, we recommend to choose a topic that will spark a great discussion (as opposed to going deep into technical topics).

HOW CAN YOU PREPARE?

Your role is to guide the discussion and encourage others to talk and share their experiences and ideas.

We recommend to do a short round of introductions in the beginning and move to the topic discussion.

We recommend to ask open questions.

Sometimes, participants need extra encouragement!

A great moderator is a great listener!

We got you – we will give you a short briefing just before the session starts.
