aura is an experienced digital collaboration expert with a strong background in business and IT. Currently serving as the Digital Collaboration Lead at Beiersdorf in Hamburg, Germany, she drives innovative solutions to enhance workplace efficiency and connectivity. Prior to this role, she worked as a Digital Collaboration Consultant at Beiersdorf for over three years, gaining expertise in digital transformation and enterprise collaboration tools.

Her journey in the tech and consulting space includes an internship at Otto Group, a working student role at Sopra Steria Consulting, and dual study experiences at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and HP, where she developed a solid foundation in IT and business management. With a degree in International Management for Business and IT, Laura blends technical proficiency with strategic vision, making her a key player in the evolving digital workplace landscape. Passionate about collaboration and innovation, she continues to drive impactful digital solutions in global organizations.
