I have a passion for Digital Communications and have worked within this area for about 20 years. Complex or knowledge intensive companies have been of interest since I wrote my Masters thesis on CBS and I have had the great honor of working within some fantastic companies: IBM, Chr. Hansen and now VELUX.
I have a deep and wide international experience within the intranet/portals area (especially Microsoft Office 365) and have worked with strategies, processes, tools, technical solutions, conducting training, driving user adoption and establishing governance.
I also have a key interest in social media (also internal like Yammer), community enablement, Knowledge Management and search optimization and have done a variety of projects in this area for IBM, Chr. Hansen and VELUX.
It is important to me that solutions have a great Digital Employee Experience (DEX) and that work is done based on both business needs and end-user requirements (and e.g. by using personas). We fight for our employees attention and our digital channels need to be modern, user-friendly and work well on any device (also mobile).
