Christiane joined Pfizer in 2008 as Senior Manager Communications. In her current role as Teamlead Communications she is responsible for Colleague and Leadership Communications at the German Headquarters, for Corporate Responsibility as well as the corporate health programm 'Fit＆Gesund'.

Her main focus is on communicating Pfizer’s culture and strategies to colleagues developing a compelling employee communications strategy aligned with the business strategies using her expertise in channel management, and supporting employee engagement. As Teamlead she leads a number of change management projects as well as colleague engagement programs that support the Pfizer vision and a strong identity and brand.

As a CR strategist she is responsible for designing an overarching CR strategy for Pfizer Germany and for crafting relevant goals and programs. With her team she aims to expand and elevate the Companys understanding of the expectations of stakeholders, customers, employees and the broader society with respect to responsible corporate citizenship. Pfizer's health employee programm 'Fit ＆ Gesund' for Berlin based and field force colleagues aims to improve employee health and well-being.

Christiane holds a diploma in political science from the Free University of Berlin (FU) and also studied International Relations and Communications in Aix-en- Provence (France), Bejing, (China) and Berkeley (USA). Her wide range of business experience includes work in both agencies and companies.
