Coine Delmas is the Enterprise Community Manager of Schneider Electric. She leads the Communities@Work: The program of the communities of practice in Schneider. This program includes 160 communities, diverse in their topics but based on the same structure: Strategic objectives -  People – Interactions. She helps the creation of communities and support the 200 community leaders in their mission.
