At METRO, the Internal Communications team has the space and the management’s attention and trust to help drive employee engagement and to develop and implement ideas to inform, inspire and encourage employees to actively shape our new business strategy and cultural change. In internal communications, I love the proximity to your target groups and direct feedback from our own ranks and the power internal communications can ignite. I've been in the job a long time but I love the changes that new content, stakeholders, formats and technologies bring.
