Gerhard Peter joined Festo in 2001. Since 2004 he is working in Knowledge Management. He moderates several communities of practice, conducts design thinking workshops, and is part of the group who administrates and further develops the Festo intranet. Since 2013 he heads a project that introduces social networking at Festo.
