Internal Communications Officer, German Central Bank

After several years and positions as a PR-Consultant with experiences in Change and Crisis Communications as well as Internal Communications, I joined the internal communications team at Deutsche Bundesbank to focus on the strategic development of internal communications in a central banking environment. Implementing the Social Intranet was a first step, other projects focus on leadership communications or employee engagement.

Company

German Central Bank

The Bundesbank works at the interface between politics, economics and academia. Within these areas, we deal with issues that are exclusive to a central bank. This makes working for the Bundesbank particularly appealing, since much of what we do is unique. Our tasks are influenced by the Bundesbank’s membership of the Eurosystem and the increasing interconnectedness of the international financial markets. Our success is based on the knowledge, experience and dedication of our staff. We are always searching for committed and motivated new employees so that we can continue to fulfil our tasks in future. To be attractive, an employer has to offer the right overall package. The Bundesbank provides the right combination of tasks, conditions, development opportunities and, not least, compatibility between working life and family. Take a look for yourself.
