She has extensive experience in International Communications, Strategic Communications, Media Relations, Internal & Change Communications. Ildikó is also an Executive & Change Communications trainer as well as a certified NLP coach. She holds an MBA in Communication & Leadership from the Quadriga University in Berlin, Germany and is an active member of the Association of Professional Coaches. With her passion for excellence in communications, Ildikó has built up from scratch the global locations communications for 22 tire plants in 17 countries, which is a benchmark within and beyond Continental.
