Josephine supported the launch of E.ONs groupwide Social Intranet "Connect" in October 2016 from IT side. Her focus is on hands on user support, explaining her colleagues how to collaborate within the group using Connect. She fosters engagement between her colleagues always asking them to share their experience on Connect.  Moreover she likes to exchange on cultural change  and new ways of working.

Employing around 1,800 employees, EBS is steering the E.ON Group-wide IT and is internationally active across all E.ON sites. EBS is headquartered in Hanover, Germany.
