We also manage the corporate media, tools and channels to enable colleagues to collaborate and reach their internal audiences globally, across all Maersk brands.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute company-wide internal communications strategy and approach. Ensure appropriate level of prioritization and visibility of internal initiatives across A.P. Moller-Maersk.
Management of leadership communications (c-suite comms, comms for transformation programs, leadership-employee engagement approaches), internal media (internal channels and corporate publications) and communications excellence teams (standardization around ways of working, leveraging best practices.)
Drive implementation and ensure widest reach by leveraging communication support teams in regions and the in-house support center in Manila.
