I focus on shaping and managing a leading-edge knowledge management system. Internally, this includes enabling a common approach to assess Knowledge Performance & Health, developing and managing taxonomies to structure the Firm’s rich knowledge and expertise, suggesting and leading initiatives to increase knowledge impact, and evolving our knowledge management system to address changes in user needs and to benefit from advances in knowledge technology. I also work with clients in the area of Knowledge Management, blending and applying experiences from my current role, from working as a management consultant and as a global practice manager, and from my educational background in industrial and organizational psychology.
