Kim Foerster works as a Business Consultant at novaCapta. Her thematic focus lies in the areas of collaboration, knowledge management, Intranet and its personalization. Her special focus is on the analysis of work processes and the development of detailed concepts for improving the everyday work by using a modern collaboration environment. Previously, she was an assistant lecturer at the technical University of Ilmenau. She was in charge of a course about digital communication in organizations and supervised students and organizations on how to implement and effectively use a collaboration platform. Alongside she worked as a working student at IBM Deutschland and took care of customers who worked with the Collaboration Suite IBM Connections.
