Since Corona, we have learned that it would be possible to work remotely where we want. Hybrid working has thus established itself over the past two years as a valid working model with different opportunities and challenges. The shift away from the traditional 9 to 5 job with compulsory presence towards trust-based working hours and flexible workplaces requires a rethinking within the work culture.
