Design, lead, articulate and implement PMI M&S’s global internal communications strategy to drive employee’s alignment and understanding of M&S strategy and key initiatives.
Design and implement success measurements to track effectiveness of communication plans.
Establish, drive and coordinate the activities of the global M&S internal communications network to share content and establish best practices.
Develop and drive relationships with external partners and organizations for the design of communication pieces as well as to facilitate benchmarking and “best in class” communication channels, methods & measures.
