I am professional in corporate communications with over 15 years experience in multinational corporations and solid expertise in internal communication and change management. I have a degree in Public Relations and Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management of one of the top business schools in Russia. I have experience working in a number of international companies ranked among 100 most successful companies in the world in industries which includes: FMCG, Automotive, PR and Marketing, Advertising, Government. My experience includes working in regional offices and head offices, short-term assignments in France and US and in startup environment.

In my last job I had taking on increasingly senior role in which I have acted as Communication and Change Management Partner for Eastern-European Region and was member of Management Board. This work entailed both leading Communication function and provide successful deployment of Transformation Program in the Region as well as providing appropriate support for the strategic decision making process and working hands on to implement regional and companywide initiatives. Examples include, deploying change management program in the Region, creating and integrating new corporate values among employees, reorganizing communication function in accordance with changes in the Company, presenting the Region in the global change management board, integrating the system of measuring level of satisfaction of internal communications among employees and scorecard for events’ effectiveness, integration of new business model in the Organization (from product centric to customer centric).
