Less Details

The Commission is the EU’s largest institution in terms of staff. In 2024, it adopted the AI Act, the first-ever legal framework on AI in the EU. To lead by example, the Commission is committed to ensuring the safe and ethical adoption and use of AI by its staff internally. For this to happen, effective communication has a key role to play in turning AI from a techy subject into a workplace ally. An integrated internal communication campaign has been put in place to inspire curiosity, build trust, and drive adoption by making AI approachable, supportive, and relevant to staff’s daily tasks.

In this presentation you will learn:

  • How to develop a compelling campaign that highlights AI’s supportive role to staff.
  • Techniques for making AI adoption interactive, engaging, and user-friendly.
  • Insights into motivating staff to learn, experiment, and adopt new AI-driven ways of working.

European Commission

The Commission represents and upholds the interests of the EU as a whole, and is independent of national governments. The European Commission prepares legislation for adoption by the Council (representing the member countries) and the Parliament (representing the citizens). It administers the budget and the policy programmes (agriculture, fisheries, research etc.) in cooperation with authorities in the member countries.
