As a leader I believe in servant leadership, my job is to provide clarity around our vision and goals and an environment where everyone can bring their whole selves to their work, the rest is up to the team and I make sure I am there with them 100% on the journey supporting and cheering them on.

What do I love most about my job? Seeing people reach their full potential and enjoying the journey. Life is way too short to not love what we do everyday.
